The food on this trip has been great.
In Kyrgistan, where our guide is from, there were three salads served. There was a tossed green salad, a noodle salad made with vermicelli and bell peppers, cucumber and other thinly sliced vegetables covered in oil that had a slight burn from chilies. Very nice. They are all served on separate dishes so you can have one or all three or none. Then the main course arrives. It is meat or chicken, but mostly meat. Then the dessert arrives. It has been ice cream, tarts and many other fine items. The food has been great. People in Kyrgistan eat meat. If that bothers you, be prepared. If you like meat, you will be in heaven.
