It is Monday, Sept.9, 2024. We went out again today to see the animals.

They are everywhere and amazing to see so close and unafraid.

The African skies are something else. The horizon is wide and undisturbed by man or his creations.

The Masai Mari is considered one of the great natural wonders of Africa. It is 583 square miles of nature only slightly changed by dirt roads and tent camps. It was established in 1961.

This is the land of the migration. We are in the middle of it now.

Today we brought our lunches with us and ate at a picnic site. Watch out for the monkeys. They will steal whatever isn’t nailed down.
