Feb. 18, 2025 – We live a great life due to planing and lots of it.
My wife of 41 years and I talked all the time before marriage about what our retirement would look like and how we might get there.
I was self employed and had no retirement plan except for what I might be able to create myself.
Most of my clients made money the old fashioned way. Hard work and investing in the stock market and real estate, a little at a time. Slow and steady wins the race.
We copied those examples and now have no debt and do anything or go anywhere in the world that we wish.
We never made a ton of money. We we were just very good at investing a little money each month. You can do the same. We weren’t special, just determined.
Pay your self first was our motto. Don’t use credit cards all the time and don’t carry a balance at 18 percent. It’s a hard hole to dig out of.
I will put up the first chapter of one of my new novels under construction today. I have three new completed novels coming out soon.
It would help if you bought a few.
“Sunrise, Sunset,” my book of short stories and “Kazu, son of Oshida Kamasaki,” my Asian adventure romance tale are both now on Audible.
