Why does airline travel have to be so awful?

If I owned an airline it would be perfect, or close to it.

I am of average size, perhaps a bit overweight, but around 5 feet 10 inches tall. I’m not a huge guy.

We travel economy, always. Why would you pay thousands of dollars more for a bit larger seat and perhaps just a little better or more food at the cost of another vacation. That’s what it adds up to in the end.

Our seats are “floatation devices.” I guess that is why they feel like I’m sitting on the sidewalk after twenty minutes in them. I just don’t understand why they have to be so uncomfortable.

My knees hit the seat in front of me and God help me if I drop something on the floor when I’m eating. There is no way I can get to it.

Hey, lets serve booze on the plane. That will improve the overall experience. I don’t think so.

I never complain to the stewards or stewardesses. It isn’t their fault. They don’t make the rules, the food or design the plane.

They have no control of the weather or the time of take off. They are there to save our lives in case of an emergency and simply serve food and drinks in the meantime.

Be nice to your fellow passengers and the crew. If there is an accident, your life may depend on them.
